I wouldn’t wear them - honestly, they look a bit like some sort of surgical support for people suffering some unspecified problem with their knob. Knob problem… Knoblem.

Back-zip pants have been around in women’s fashion for decades, although traditionally it’s not expected that the wearer will deliberately leave the zipper open as in your linked example.
