Serious question: I’ve seen the movies but am not a hardcore fanboy. Is there a chance this could be used to tie Solo with an existing family line or part Jedi or something?
I have no clue what I’m talking about but could his last name be Jinn and he’s Qui Gon’s unknown son or something?
Please return to the silly names. I’d go with Alexander Portnoy, another guy who likes to use his hand solo.

According to the Darths and Droids webcomic, the character was originally named Greedo, before he shot the alien named Han Solo in that bar on Tatooine and stole his identity.
Although Greedo might not have actually been his original name, either: It’s implied that he’s changed aliases a number of times, in order to stay ahead of the law.
