Hancock question

Open Spoilers

So, towards the end in the hospital, Kenneth “Red” Parker (the hook-handed guy) says to Hancock as he shoots him “Upon us all, Hancock.” That is definitely the place for some cryptic bad guy mono-logging…but what is he referring to? The sprinklers are on, is that relevant? Upon us all a little rain must fall. I’m missing something.

Possibly an allusion to Matthew 5:45 “That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.”

Not to mention “The rain, it falleth on the just and the unjust fella
But mostly on the just, 'cause the unjust stole the just’s umbrella”

The unjust fella would be Sid.

Good movie that could have been great if they’d gotten rid of the (I don’t remember you-I love you but I can’t fuck you) subplot.
