Oh, and my professors finally got around to posting grades for fall semester. I had four classes totalling 10.5 credit hours.
My GPA for this semester: 4.0. I got A’s in all four classes.

Starting off the new year right - I woke of my own accord at 4AM and couldn’t fall back to sleep, dammit. After tossing and turning for about an hour, I decided to let my sweetie sleep. Higgs has been fed, let out, and let back in. I’ve had my breakfast PB&J and I’m caffeinating. I just wrote an email to my youngest sis - lots of stuff going on in her life, which is part of why I was tossing and turning. And so begins my day.
My weather gadget lies! It says it’s 30°, but when I let Higgs out, I checked the thermometer outside the garage door - more like 20°!! The yard is sparkly with frost and the pup ran out, peed fast, and ran back in - proof it’s cold out there!! I’d like to hang out some laundry when it gets light - here’s hoping it rises above freezing quickly.
No major plans for the day. We’ll just see what comes up. **FCD **said he’ll need a little help with some fiberglass work at some point. Other than that, who knows? Why should 2015 be better planned than 2014??

My internet went out yesterday afternoon, so I went over to Irish Storyteller’s house early. A good time was had by all. Peter Capaldi has my approval as the new Doctor. Doctor Who Monopoly also has my approval, but the pieces could be improved. I wanted either a Dalek or a TARDIS piece and there weren’t any. I had to play as a stalk of celery.
Now it is time to head off to irk. Well, to Burger Thang and then irk. I need breakfast and do not feel like cooking.

I have the poke tenderloins marinatin’ now. Everything else is pretty much ready. Really, warmin’ up the collards and peas, bakin’ the squish casserole, and makin’ cornbread is all I need to do. OYKW shall man the grill. Oh and I made up the Bloody Mary mix. Go Me!

It’s a cold 27 degrees outside. I’m glad I don’t have to go out. I may go out to visit with some friends but I don’t know yet.

There’s a cool game called NotPr0n. I haven’t played it in years. I think I got to level 7 and got stuck. It’s a challenge, maybe Sah-son and I should start playing again.
After staying up so late last night I can’t believe I’m awake.
It comes from being a baker. Getting up early all these years, even on my days off I wake up without the alarm.

I’ve heard the name Tom Lehrer, but I couldn’t have told you anything beyond that. Bear in mind, I’ve been tragically unhip for decades.
Showered, dressed, cleaned the cat box, vacuumed, tossed a load of jeans in the washer. Kitchen next. That’s a lot of productivity before 9AM!!
