Hardship

I am so incredibly sorry that your friend sold you a computer and assumed the extended warranty would transfer automatically. I understand that none of the people you’ve talked to here before have told you that we need to get a letter from the original owner before we can provide service, and I agree that this kind of slacking off leads to inconsistent support on our behalf.

However, you are an incredibly stupid bitch to say something like ‘I don’t think you understand what a hardship this is for me, I don’t think you’ve ever experienced any hardship in your life’ when I ask you to have your friend fax us a letter.

Lord knows that having to ask someone to send us a letter is an incredible hardship. My losing my wife, father, home, and job in the last year is nothing compared to your great hardship. Having to care for an elderly parent is nothing compared to the difficulty of relaying some instructions and a fax number to your friend. I really should just stop feeling sorry for myself, after all, at least I don’t have a hardship like yours.

Thank you so much for reminding me of how little my problems are. I’m sure you’d be happy to know now that I am on the verge of tears contemplating the shit I’ve been put through, and how much it sucks to have to continue to be apologetic and friendly to you while I burn another hole in my stomach lining. Thank you so very much you self-absorbed ignorant cunt.

I hope they lose your fax and you have to ask your friend to send it again, that much ‘harship’ will probably break you, eh?

I’m sorry you had to deal with a self-absorbed idiot. Just take a deep breath and remember that she has to be herself, every single day of her life, which must indeed be a terrible hardship.

People are funny about computers. Until I made my post about this thing going on with XP, I would have assumed that most people would not believe that threatening someone’s life was an acceptable behaviour when they don’t get the answer they want. Heh, I was wrong.

And it sounds like you have had a awful year, I’m sorry. :frowning:

Sorry to hear all that, Badtz Maru. I hope you’re having a better day today.
