Has anyone had Endovenous laser ablation or radiofrequency ablation (RFA) for a leaky leg vein?

Finally, an accurate diagnosis. Damn, medicine in the Covid era is tough. I kept getting told that a telemedicine appt. was what I needed. But I finally got to see a doctor, live and in person. So the previous diagnosis of lymphedema was wrong, and now it’s a leaky vein. I need utlrasound with reflux (I previously had a venous and arterial ultrasound, but not with reflux) and am wearing a compression leg brace thing until I can get in to see a vascular person.

So is the treatment or “cure” for this horrible/expensive/painful/messy/debilitating or all of the above??
