He’s performing in my area in a few days, and I’m wondering if he also plays Guess Who songs, or just performs his solo material. I may go if the answer to the former is yes; he’s one of the greatest singers of all time IMHO.
I haven’t seen the current tour, but I would be shocked if he didn’t play some Guess Who.
The ads don’t feature any, and the only solo tune I know of his is “Stand Tall.”
The tour, which includes festival dates along with headlining shows, will feature a mix of fan favourites from The Guess Who, solo hits, and new songs from Burton’s latest album, A Few Good Moments.

I wonder if he’s lost the range to do Stand Tall?
I was wondering how his voice held up. I always felt he was one of the great rock voices but severely underrated. At least in the U.S.
In the meantime, I found out that the show has sold out.
I’m just glad the venue wasn’t blown away in the meantime (we had an awful storm tonight).
Whether or not you’re going to see the show, you should explore his solo work. Man, that guy has a voice. To begin, I’d suggest “I Will Play a Rhapsody,” “I’m Scared,” and especially, “Dream of a Child.”
Migosh, especially on “Dream,” you’ll find out what his voice can really do. From piano to forte, from deep bass to medium tenor, he does it all effortlessly on that one.
