No it doesn’t admit any such thing. In fact, it acknowledges that Iceland, Spain, Germany, the U.K., Poland, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Lichtenstein all allow unrestricted mail-in voting. Spain, Germany, the U.K. and Poland are four of the largest EU members in terms of population. Just because other countries like France, Italy and the Nordic countries don’t allow it says exactly NOTHING about the security of mail-in voting.
Also, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, Slovenia, Montenegro and Lithuania allow mail-in voting with some restrictions. So NO, most of Europe doesn’t ban this method of voting in national elections and you have totally failed to offer any cite that those countries in Europe who don’t allow this are doing it for reasons connected to ballot security.

Conversely, do you ever stop just for five seconds and ask yourself, Ya know, I don’t like Biden any more than the next guy, but what if it’s true? What if the vast amounts of evidence that Russia DID interfere in the 2016 election that I just handwaved away for no reason was real? What if Republicans and the right-wing media really are engaged in a longstanding propaganda campaign to undermine confidence in democracy to support their efforts to undermine it and retain power that they cannot win in free and fair elections? Is that really the country you want to live in - where you support the systematic destruction of democracy in America?
And yet you appear to define an “honest investigation” as “one that gives me the result I want”, given how easily you’ve dismissed the rather substantial list of other reviews, court cases, and completed audits that confirm the conclusion that this was one of the most secure elections ever.
Or to put it another way, y’all are still looking for people to provide PROOF the election wasn’t stolen, and then when they do, you either dismiss it as partisan crap, or you just refuse to even look at it.
