I’ll never grasp this obsessive need that many people in the fashion/movie/celebrity machine have that requires that every attractive female celebrity must look like every other attractive female celebrity. Why they can’t just let Drew be Drew, and not some Stepford Wife clone, is completely beyond me. I personally am attracted to women who have what I call “uncommon” good looks-hot in a completely unique way.
Perez Hilton. There’s a galaxy of difference between Perez Hilton and Paris Hilton.
Oddly enough, yeah, I’ve had a crush on her that long. She’s about four months older than me, so I don’t have any shame in saying that.
I’m bumping this because I just saw the Cover Girl commercial that elfkin mentioned.
I was thinking “That sounds like Drew Barrymore’s voice. I think it is Drew Barrymore’s voice! I wonder why they dubbed this…”
It took me quite a while to realize that the woman in the ad actually WAS Drew Barrymore.
She definitely looks really different. And as John DiFool notes, she looks a lot less like “herself,” and a lot like everyone else. In fact, I thought she looked a little like Heather Locklear of all people.
This makes me sad.
