Have any of you guys ever experienced a dry orgasm? Today was the 3rd time that I know of that this has happened to me, but 1st time outside of sex. I’ll be going along with either masturbation or sex, and things will be climaxing, and then ORGASM! but there’s no semen. My penis then decides that it wants to go limp, and my body loses interest in sex, for at least 5 minutes.
What causes this, or has no one besides me ever experienced this, and I’m just a freak?
This happens to me when I am going for my third or fourth time and have exhausted my supply. I have also noticed it when I have taken cold pills containing pseudoephedrine. Since these also make it difficult to pee my guess is the pseudo side effect of a swollen prostate is also impeding the flow of ejaculate.

I know my husband experiences this from time to time. It’s actually getting more frequent as he gets older, although it still doesn’t happen often. Maybe once every six months or so.
Well, there are some, but none in the shower, which is where it occurred this morning. I would want to pull the old bait-and-switch on you.
Nope, this was the first time in the last couple of days. I try to do it in the morning so I’m not walking around with wood all day at work.
I don’t know if that’s it because I didn’t notice peeing it out later.
I did think of a common factor with at least 2/3 of the times that it’s happened (can’t remember the 3rd one), one of which was certainly today. It’s kind of TMIey, though.

Well, yes.I’ve found that when I add anal stimulation into the equation, there seems to be a definite lack of ejaculation. I wonder if it has something to do with a prostate-stimulated orgasm? This is only during masturbation, for me. I’ve not really paid attention during sex (my mind seems to be on other things…)

Okay, to address those who have mentioned it: Mr. norinew’s ejacu-lacking orgasms are not caused by anal stimulation, and in fact, when such stimulation is present, he does ejaculate

Yeah, but if I said that and hubby read this thread (as he has a tendency to do with threads I’m subscribed to), he’d wonder who I’m having sex with besides him.
