Mississipi has the highest percentage of African Americans of any American state: 37.30. No state will have a majority AA population, since they make up a little less than 13 percent of the country. If you want to score pedant points over** Idle Thoughts** for his inapt phrasing, I guess no one can stop you.

Nitpicking mod decisions isn’t my favorite sport, and I am unfamiliar with Little_PIg’s posting history, but I still don’t understand how his posts had anything to do with the black population of Mississippi.

The thread in question is about a run-off election in the republican primary, pitting the establishment incumbent (Cochran) against the tea-party insurgent (McDaniel). These are the posts cited by Marley23 when he issued the warning:
