Even though I did my share of dorm pranks in college (knock & ditch, leaving food/random stuff outside people’s rooms, running in the halls, etc) I slowed down and eventually quit since I was told that pranking was immature for a college student to do.
My brother was a prankster in highschool.
He once taped duct tape sticky side up on his Math teachers chair.
She sat down and it messed up her panty hose.
It seems he made her cry.
Daddy had to go to the school.
He apologized to the teacher and got a bill for her $20(?) Panty hose.
He did all kinda jokes on his fellow class mates.
I often thought of pranks but I was too scared to do it
I never have known anyone who was a constant prankster, but I’ve seen some fantastic pranks over time.
My best friend in high school was a prankster. Once, when the orchestra was on tour in Ottawa, he was caught throwing firecrackers out his hotel window. He almost got kicked out of Canada.
It seems hard to believe now but in high school a group of us put on balaclavas, ran into a class, shot the place up with waterpistols and ran out.
No one said anything to us at all. Teacher gaves us not a single word of reprimand.
I guess if we had done that today - and in the US - we would all be in jail.
other than a stink bomb or two I never really noticed many pranks but I was the class smart ass for many years because I tent to say the first reaction that pops in my head …os I was in the library for “independent study” a lot
