Have you ever fallen asleep on a city transit bus?
Yes, I used to have a long bus commute, 55 minutes if I left home really early or left work very late, and 90 minutes during rush hours. I would catnap whenever I could.
Have you ever deliberately stepped on someone’s foot or other body part?
Yes, when I was in elementary school. It was a schoolyard prank–you’d go up to somebody and ask what they had for breakfast. If their answer included “orange juice,” you’d respond, “You mean, orange crush!” and stomp your foot into theirs. (Crushing their foot, you see.) Stupid and dumb, yes, but from our ten-year-old points of view, it was a laugh riot.
Have you ever been on an overnight school trip?
Yes, twice. Once with the school debate team (We didn’t debate, we watched the regional champions.) and once on a trip to the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry (They had a new exhibit: moon rocks!).

Sure, I’ve been on the other side of the globe.
HYE brewed your own beer or wine?
Yes, about thirty years ago. A friend had been brewing his own for a while and I borrowed his equipment. Advice to newbies: until you perfect your procedures do NOT leave three dozen bottles of lovingly brewed, freshly bottled pilsener in in a closed-up mountain cabin in the middle of summer.
