Just a reminder, this isn’t the “True or False” thread? According to our OP, replies should either be “Yes” or “no, but I’ve done something close enough” and not just a plain No.

I’ve ben bitten by ticks more times than I care to count. Never a bedbug or a flea to my knowledge.
HYE felt left out because you couldn’t see the 3d images on all those posters and books that were all the rage back in the 90’s?

If you mean those pictures where you have to let your eyes relax and wander around on their own until the abstract art rearranges itself into a puppy or a sailboat? Never worked for me.

Have you ever eaten something at a state or county fair that usually isn’t dipped in batter and deep-fried, but was at the fair?

No, but I did go to a rally for Barack Obama during his first campaign for president in 2008.

Have you ever watched a TV series or movie, or played a video game, that you knew your parents didn’t want you to?

No, when I was a kid there wasn’t anything on the three networks that would have been unsuitable. The only movie theater was a drive-in that would have required my parents being present for the driving part. And since Pong had not been invented, the words “played a video game” were not yet a comprehensible phrase in English.
