Orange kitteh clawing her way around the next Spider-man style and popping her head up once in a while to surprise the tabby, who wants to sleep but Must Watch the Movement.
Now Orange Kitteh #2 is chasing the tail of Orange kitteh #1 as #1 continues to spider-man around the nest.

OK, Dopers with kitten experience, is this common? Haven is currently nursing from the other side of his mother! (Meaning he’s sitting pressed up against her spine and sprawled over her ribs to get to her nipples from above.) It’s cute as hell, but I’ve never seen anything like it!
Uh-oh - the kittehs busted the camera mount! All you get now are shots of the wall and the baseboard, with the occasional EXTREEEEEEME closeup!

This is the only kind of reality TV in which I’m interested.

How crowded was it? I saw feeding time last night, and it looked like there wasn’t room for all six to belly up to the bar, so to speak.
Three of the kittens are awake and playing now. It’s a combination of wrestling, ambush, and king-of-the-scratching post. Momcat and the other three kittens are snoozing. I particularly like it when two kittens are wrestling, and the third kitten ambushes them.
If you’re reading this thread near the time when I post, see if they’re still awake.
I saw one of them (I think it was Teddy) draped over Mommy like that this morning. He was the only one feeding at the time.
Am I the only one who wants to click on them when they’re sleeping, just to wake them up?

Now Thea’s kittens have moved to a new room, and there’s an additional black kitty, maybe one of Mia’s?
That new room is like kitten heaven. Two big cat condos with all kinds of places to climb and hide. A tunnel with several openings - great for ambushes. Nests, food, lots of toys.
I want to be one of those kittens.
I watched them for a while last night. There was a whole lot of pouncing going on. The kitties have really developed better motor skills over the past few days. The new room seems to be much larger, which allows for more zoom room, but on the other hand I can’t really get good closeups of the little furballs. They seem to be having a blast, though. They really enjoy the condos, and especially ambushing each other from the first couple of shelves.
Crud! No kittens in sight right now. They must be feeding, or getting a vet checkup, or maybe getting looked over by adoptive families.
Is it my imagination, or is that little white kitten (Teddy) a bit n the shy side? It’ll often be sleeping while the other cats are playing.
