It has been brought to my attention that Big Bang’s Jim Parson is gay.
I am heartbroken.
Not that I would be surprised by that Annie but has he acknowledged he is gay? I’ve heard rumor and speculation about Jim Parsons before but that’s all.
In the rare bisexual guys contingent, Twiggy Ramirez (aka Jeordie White) of such bands as Marilyn Manson, A Perfect Circle, and Nine Inch Nails, listed himself as bisexual on his old Myspace account. That will surprise absolutely no one who’s ever seen the old Marilyn Manson tour documentaries such as Dead To The World, which have some, ahem, graphic footage of a sexual nature. Or anyone who’s seen that live interview with A Perfect Circle on Much Music, where Jeordie appears to be checking out bandmate Josh Freese the entire time.
He doesn’t address the rumors. He does, however, live with a guy named Todd [pic] who escorted him to the Emmys, who he thanked in his Emmy speeches, and who he raises Yorkshire terriers with, and says “we” when referring to his homelife in interviews, so you could get a conviction pretty much anywhere.
Either way, he’s dreamy.

Except for Ricky Martin. I think he just claims to be gay because it’ll help him get on GLEE.
While perusing wikipedia, I found out that Vanessa Carlton is bisexual. So is Nenah Cherry.
I was shocked when i got to know that Neil Patrick Harris is gay, i don’t have a problem with anyone if the person is gay, but i think being in the closet is not a right idea.
Oh I do know something. Not going to say yay or nay…but I do know something…one of my friends knows Jim Parsons personally.

NPH is not in the closet and I’m not aware of him denying his sexual orientation at any point. He hadn’t made a big deal of it but announced it publically in 2006 (IIRC because a journo was threatening to “out” him). Wikipedia says he’s engaged to his partner David.

Yeah, he fired his publicist when she(?) automatically responded in the negative to a question about his sexuality. Then he released a statement and that was that. No fuss, no muss. Well done, sir!
A deceased co-worker of mine who was a big movie buff said he thought the rumor came from the fact that Agnes was so religious & straight-laced that she didn’t sleep around- & therefore it was concluded she must not have liked men.
Because those are the options: sleep around, or be a lesbian. Yeah. :rolleyes:

Some talk show host was surprised when she asked if he and David are going to marry now that it’s legal in NYC. He said something to the effect of “someday perhaps, but not immediately” and she reacted with “But it’s legal now…”. His response was (completely reasonable) that he was delighted gay marriage was legal, but just as not all perfectly happy straight couples don’t feel the need to be legally married neither do all gays. (I think they did get the forms, though.)
Please tell me it’s nothing bad about the terriers.

Yes, I know he dated Jessica Alba for a while, but who hasn’t. 
My mother was surprised by people like Liberace, Wayland Flowers and Jim J Bullock as being gay. Like Homer Simpson she thinks they’re not gay, just festive. (Or maybe it’s Marge who thinks that)?
The only person that doesn’t seem to fit to me, is Richard Deacon. I still can’t look at him and think gay

Peter Marc Jacobson who was married to and business partners with Fran Drescher for about 20 years. They got together at age 15, married at 21, survived a horrible home invasion (he had a gun put to his head anad was forced to watch her be raped), and created the series The Nanny for her.
After she left him, he came out. Apparently he had been seeing therapists for years because he felt he was gay.
I always thought he was out, but a quick googling around looks like he’s just mostly private, and his big thing is environmentalism. I already knew that.
