Listening to NPR on the way to work and I swore I heard a clip of Bush saying nucular. Has any politician ever pronouncd it correctly? I can’t remember if Carter did or not.

UNfortunately, I distinctly remember that Carter pronounced it “nucular.” I was shocked, knowing that he was on a nuke sub. Shocked!
