Any of the SDMB folks ever hear of 3HO? Or Yogi Bhajan? I did notice, through a search, that Kundalini yoga had been mentioned in a couple of threads a few years ago; if anyone is still interested in KY, I can provide a link or two.
Reason I ask this question is that I was part of 3HO back in the mid-70s.
