Just popping my head in the door to say hello. I used to be very active on here many years ago.

I came back for a fairly boring reason - my email provider is going to start charging for the account and so I’m moving stuff to free accounts. I wanted to log into sdmb to see if I was using an email address that needed to be changed.

I’m not sure if I’ve put this in the right place (I’ve long forgotten the ettiquet and I can’t find a beginners how-to topic) so apologies if this is not the place to post a hello.

I think I was a bit of an annoying poster back when I was active. I had a drinking problem (I’m 16 years sober this month) but that’s not an excuse.

Anyway, hello. I’m not sure if I’ll stick around. My reason for coming back was pretty mundane.

Hello! I remember you well, also was quite active around the same period and dropped out for a long time afterwards. As I recall you were by no means a disruptive poster so I think you’ll still fit in fine.
