Along those same lines, I don’t see why knowing as much as you possibly can about Ramsey is the least bit creepy or stalkerish. You’re in a contest with exactly one judge; why WOULDN’T you learn everything you can about that person?
That’s what I thought. Every thing he mentioned is easily learnable without too much work, and I have no idea why everyone who goes on the show wouldn’t memorize it. You don’t have to go reciting it, but it helps you get into the man’s head.
I read Ramsey’s autobiography yesterday (“Roasting in Hell’s Kitchen”), and one thing he said is that he “despises” fat chefs. So why would anybody overweight even attempt to compete on this show? The book really is pretty interesting, and under 3 bucks on the kindle.
