Help me convince my wife I'm not Nuts or full of it

MAJOR UPDATE:

I just got off the phone with Rose Love and she said “That picture predates the current staff making it at least 20 years old”, meaning it’s narrowing the odds in our favor that it’s us in the photo. They have photos going way back, so it’s entirely possible that she maybe be able to date it, also if they have the original there may be notes and releases accompanying it. She’s going to do some more research as I think we’ve now piqued her curiosity.

Hopefully I’ll have more info on Monday. Now I wish this thread had a better title, because it’s so far from where it started.

Well, that’s cool!

Maybe make a new thread with a link to this one in the OP so people can get some background if they want?
Those of us that have been following this one can just start in on that one.
To tell the truth, this one seems to pops up about once a week and while I’m subscribed to it, I have to stop myself for a second and recognize your user name before I remember it was originally about the mobile swimming pool itself.

Please put a link to the new thread in here so I can find it! I’m very excited and following this with bated breath.

(I’ve been eating fish, so that may have something to do with the breath part…)

I regret to inform you that this joke only works when you misspell bated (suspended or held) as baited (set as a lure). People who compulsively spell bated correctly are disqualified from making the “baited breath” joke.

I waffled on that last night, looked it up on dictionary.com and everything. I finally decided that my SDMB peeps were smart enough to get the joke either way and I’d be more likely to encounter the grammar police if I spelled it wrong.

Now its your turn to make jokes about Eggos and little marshmallow Easter treats. I’ll even give you a:

drumroll

This is still amazing. Can’t wait to hear more!
