Help me find this movie

I’ve been amazed at some of the songs, movies, books, etc., that Dopers have come up with. Because of that, it reminded me of a movie I saw i think in the 90’s.

One of the main characters was some Satanic or Devil Worshiping high school guy. The other main character was I think a new kid to the school who made friends with the Satan guy. The reason it seems weird to me is that one scene in the movie is that both of them were in the Satan guy’s room talking about feelings or whatever. I think they were lying on the floor head to head perpendicular like. Just struck me as wrong that the guy would be doing that.

Anybody have anything on that? Sorry for the crappy description :frowning:

Was it perhaps The Covenant? That came out (no pun intended) in 2006 so it wasn’t a 90’s movie. But the description matches and there was a lot of gay subtext in that movie.

I don’t think that’s it. I’m sure I saw it before 2000. Thanks, though. I didn’t mean gay talking or something like that. Just the Satanic guy talking about his life and what he felt and stuff. If that helps.
