There once was a kind of cookie that I had several years ago, I’m not sure if it’s still made, but it came in a green box (I think it was made by Nabisco). The best way I can describe it was that it was kind of like marshmallow filling between two cookies that were kind of like the Nabisco Nilla wafers. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

No, I’m fairly certain it wasn’t a SnackWell; I think it may even pre-date the Snackwells line. But that’s more of a chocolate cookie, this was more like Nilla wafers with marshmallow.
What about Mallomars.
No, but I was just eating some Mallomars and that’s what got me to thinking about them. I’m fairly certain there was no chocolate in this particular cookie.
