Help me identify this guy with very little information

This is killing me. I couldn’t possibly be more vague here but bear with me. I saw an American actor this afternoon in Dublin city centre (Ireland). I can’t place him and it’s driving me nuts. He’s short, I’d say no more than 5’ 6", very slight build, with close to shoulder length brown hair and a neat beard. He’s well known, I want to say more from the 90s than more recent years, although I’m quite possibly out of touch. I’m wracking my brains trying to think of something he’s been in but will probably have one of those Eureka! moments a fortnight from now.

The name Parker Stevenson came to mind but it’s not him. Could be something Parker though. Or not.

Put me out of my misery, please.

I was gonna go with Fisher Stevens as well. That’s what the name reminded me of, and he does fit the description.
