It’s played at Dodger Stadium right before every game starts. I’ve been trying to figure out what it is so I can listen to it in its entirety.
It begins with a few slightly electronic, slightly echo-y androgynous voices chanting “Aaawwwwwww” (or “uh huh”…I’m not sure which)…“YEEEEEEAaaaaaaaah awwwwwww” with clapping keeping the beat for a while. Eventually, the clapping turns to a very heavy and fairly slow hip hop beat while the same chanting continues. I never really hear beyond that, so I really can’t tell you anything more than that. Hopefully, that’ll be enough to help someone who is actually familiar with the song.
Google claims it’s Good Guys In Black’s “Whoa Yeah” but I can’t find a sound clip that isn’t being talked over to really tell if it has the right sound to it.
Unfortunately, neither of those are it. The GGIB song is too rock music-y (although, having looked at that on YouTube, the Dodger promo they show that goes with that is very similar to what they show at the stadium during the song I’m looking for).

My fiancee and I have even tried to use Midomi, but to no avail. And I have a feeling this is a popular song. Grr. I’m usually better than this at tracking down errant music!
I’m throwing this out there because it’s getting late, but it’s probably not it since there’s a lot more then just voices going on.
I did run across at least two people, in answering similar (what song was played at Dodger Stadium) questions, to call or email them and ask. I forgot who they said to call, but apperently they’re good at getting back to fans with this kind of info. I may have run across a board on the stadium’s website at some point. You might start there, or just see if you can find an information or PR hotline.
I’d give them a specific date and when the song was played (before the players came out, right before the first pitch, after/before anthem etc). Searching youtube for things like ‘pregame dodger stadium song’ and other similar searches revealed a lot of different songs. They probably change it up from time to time.
They’ve been doing this one all season long (I’m a partial-season ticket holder), and it is always just before the players come out (after the National Anthem and the final ceremonial first pitch), as they’re showing a “It’s Time For…” promo on the big screen. There really shouldn’t be any reason an employee couldn’t identify it.
And a Dodger employee to the rescue! The song is called “Power” by Kanye West. Apparently, the stadium is playing an instrumental version, and here’s a Youtube link to that.
