My TB has no registered name; all the choices were rejected by the Jockey Club and he got registered as “bay colt”. His previous owner named him Ben. When I needed a show name for him, a friend came up with “Never Ben Better”.
Thanks for all the compliments, I feel like a proud mama!
Wow, I would have never thought of that! Mostly because I have no clue about baseball.
My mare was “Skippin Bo’s Pants”. :smack:
It has a ring to it, however it may be taken already.
I really, really like this!
Do Spanish socks smell like spanish olives?
Me too! Which is why I was liking the Doc’s N Sox.
Nope no blizzards in Wisconsin! :smack:
The horse was Buck. I had a horse named Buck that was really cool, but I can’t have another Buck. The colt should look somthing like this when he is a little older.
The photo of the older horse showing what his color would be like made me think of “mink” for a barn name. I like your name “hoot” too. How about “Beer”?
I don’t have a name suggestion, but I just wanted to tell you how wonderful you are for posting baby horse pictures! Since they took the ones from our barn to our partner barn to be weaned (rather early, IMO), I haven’t been getting my foal fix. Granted, my heart already belongs to a little filly named Tessa, but yours is pretty darn cute too.
I don’t get it? I think I took a whole bottle of blonde pills this AM so that might be why
Cool but a little dark for me.
I know a few already, so of course I can’t have a little "Madison/Kaylee/Kaitlynn.
I do, that’s how my one kitten got named Lloyd. He picked HER name. :smack:
Oh gosh! The :smack: wasn’t for you at all it was because of the stupid name they registered her with.
That is usually how it happens. However I have only been able to spend a few hours with him. Right now he is about 3 hours away and I won’t see him until I go to pick them up. SO I have to come up with something to call him in the mean time! Thanks for the compliment, I think he is going to be just what I needed to heal the rest of the way from losing Skip.
I like Mink, but I think I would like Minx better and that sounds like a filly name. I will put that on the list for next years baby. Beer not so much, but barley or hops is kinds neat.
