I went to the Mad Magazine website, & found out that if you bought a bottle of Sobe’s “Love Bus Brew” energy drink, you could get a discount on a one year subscription to Mad .

You just read the catchphrase off the inside of the bottlecap, type it into the website, Hey! Presto! you can get a one year subscription for $15! :slight_smile:
So hey–I bought a bottle. The cost of drink plus the $15 is still cheaper than the usual cost.

I put it in the cooler at work.

And some @sshat stole it!!! :mad:

So, do any of you Dopers like Sobe? Will you post/e-mail me the phrase from the bottlecap of “Love Bus Brew”? Help me out, here?

After all, I did buy a bottle. I just got gypped. And buying 2 bottles would cost me much of my discount on the subscription. This stuff is pricey, locally.

I bought one for the first time today.
I’m not one for energy drinks, usually.

I think it has chocolate in it. :confused:

I just saw it yesterday, for the first time, didn’t spend a lot of time looking at it, and didn’t buy any, but it did say something about “chocolate milk” on the label. Although I’m not a big chocolate milk(or chocolate in general, really) fan, I do know where to find it, and would be willing to put my taste buds to the test, if rocking chair fails in finding any.

well, i clumped all over town. i finally found a bottle of the love bus elixir just 4 blocks from my house. it was the last bottle.

it isn’t bad stuff, a bit watery for me though. i like my chocolate milk a bit more milky.
