I read about a word in German, and I was trying to remember it recently. It means “the feeling of disgust and self loathing on feels when one realizes one is about to vomit”. It;s usually associated with excessive drinking.

If it were French, I’d say deja vu.
This sounds suspiciously like it may be from the web site: There oughta be a German word for that, or some related site. Example: “Furtchtvonwuncsch: The existential cottonmouthed dread that something you have long desperately desired might actually happen.”, “Schockvonfunktion: The shocked satisfaction one feels when something you expect to be a disaster actually runs smoothly.”, etc. But at a glance I don’t find one that matches this description.
