My search-fu is weak on this one.
It’s a cheezy, kinda martial arts movie, where the hero rounds up a bunch of friends to help him do heroic things. There’s one scene where a guy called the Fly is meditating and levitates off the ground. But the ultimate scene was a guy throwing a saw blade like a shuriken, killing his opponent and then saying, “Thank God for Black and Decker!”.
Anyone remember this? Late 70s, I think.
