Help me Save a Buck: Can I use Google Voice for my Fax?

I have Google Voice.
I want to use my Windows Fax, which says I don’t need a fax machine. It just tells me to use my scanner and ‘a phone line.’
So, will Google Voice work for my ‘phone line’?

To be more specific, it also says to use Microsoft Fax, but, I was thinking that that was a given.

No Google Voice does not allow you to use their service for faxing. However there are services you can subscribe to such as efax
