As my kids watched some Nick or Disney or something today, there was an ad for Flat Stanley the Musical, now coming to the local theater.

It would have been 4 but it was raining when Stanley got to Germany. I’ve sent you them. If we have another day or two, Stanley may visit one more country and revisit another to get a picture I wanted to get but Stanley wasn’t hungry.

Side note: I’ve been “Google Earthing” distances, and the outright leader so far is madmonk28, in Indonesia, with a whopping 9,400 mile “trek” from New Market, MD (Stanleys starting point on this journey). I’ve even been able to see a lot of the things you’ve photograped (the Roman ruins in Plovdiv; Graceland; various zoos). This is really neat!
So when is the deadline? I was thinking of transporting Stanley across country lines again. There’s one thing I wanted Stanley to do before we left France but he wasn’t hungry.
I’ve asked for pics by the end of this week, but my sister says we can go into mid April if needed.
i have been trying to send the pics. the email keeps crashing. i’ll try from the office tomorrow.
I have been crazy busy with work and my daughter at home, but I will be taking Stanley sight-seeing tomorrow hopefully. I am also hoping to get him into the Bahrain F1 Grand Prix over the weekend! Once I get the pics, I will email them to you, labtrash!
Just wanted to let you know that frigid Lake Ontario shots should be out to you by tonight. Poor Stanley almost went for a swim.

I haven’t forgotten about this - I’ll have some pictures by the end of the weekend. Hopefully it will stay sunny and I’ll get some good beach shots.
If I can find reliable internet long enough, I’ll be submitting pictures from a new country and the shot I wanted to get: Flat Stanley eating french fries in France!
labtrash, I just sent you the photos I took last night at the game. I hope they work for you. Certainly not the coolest place he’s been, but it’s the best I could do for Raleigh.

Now I see why you you haven’t responded in this thread for a while. All those pictures! I hope your niece understands what a great uncle he has. Her class should have a great time learning about the world.
I just clicked on a few of the pictures on the Photobucket. I didn’t realize they had captions. Neat. Now I gotta go back and click on them all.
Yup. That takes up a lot of time! If you send in a description of the photo, I’ll try to use it, or make it so she has an idea of what she’s looking at. I have Google Earth coordinates of most of these places (even your village square pic in Luxembourg!), and look up tidbits of information if I can.
