I seem to remember a cartoon(probably from Cartoon Network) where one of the characters had a dog named Sharky. The dog actually looked like a little shark with legs and had a dog house and everything. Please help.
It was “Eek! The Cat”. It was about (cue Twilight Zone theme) a kind, heroic (purplish-blue) cat. IIRC, Sharky lived at the same house as Eek’s girlfriend.
Nope, not from Cartoon Network. One can tell, because this cartoon was actually very funny and smart.
It was Savage Studio’s Eek the Cat, which was often shown with The Terrible Thunder Lizards. And sometimes run under the name Eekstraviganza. The character you’re thinking of is Sharky the Shark-Dog.
I don’t know if it’s still on anywhere, though. It was floating around the weekday afternoon lineup a few years ago, and has now proably entered cartoon limbo, unfortunatly.

“It never hurts to help!”
Hey now, Powerpuff girls is pretty damn good
Kumbaya!
Eek! the Cat was originally run on the Fox “Kids” Network, which in the 1980’s and early 90’s actually had some of the best American cartoons this side of Steven Spielberg.
Kumbaya! Gee Annibel, it never hurts to help!
I agree, it’s on my list of good cartoons (mixed in with a GIGANTIC SWARM of horrible cartoons)
I loved those two cartoons.
Anyone remember when they showed the inside of Sharky’s Doghouse. That think was huge. It was a damn mansion, complete with fireplace and balcony.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! That’s been bothering me for days. You guys are all right. I don’t care what everybody else says about you.
