Help with Japanese toast

My son will soon marry a wonderful Japanese woman…she is fluent in several languages, but her family speaks only Japanese. At the reception, I will be giving a toast, and am at a complete loss as to what to say.

Could any Dopers who are familiar with Japanese language and culture help me with a toast? Something along the lines of welcoming her to our family, and how fortunate we are to have her as a daughter-in-law, and so forth…if that is appropriate.

How do I address her parents, and say “I am glad to meet you” or the appropriate equivalent?

Also, how do I say “You are a beautiful bride”?

Thanks for any help.
