It seems I am going to be fostering a kitten.
A male, orange tabby kitten. He seems to have been abandoned and then glommed onto Mrs. Girlfriend’s daughter who, while a lover of animals generally, is more of a dog person. It’s only been a week but there haven’t been any hits on anything she’s posted anywhere online or off.
So, yeah, take him in get him scanned for a chip, shots, etc. I’ll house him, with an eye to permanent adoption depending on how strongly Miss Roomie, who is sensitive to cats, reacts. Maybe he is chipped, and if so, we’ll go from there, but I have a feeling he isn’t.
Where or how can I post a pic without having to deal with the hassle of signing up or logging in or all of that crap?
I don’t know what his name is yet, as I haven’t actually met him. GF’s Daughter reports that he is “quite zoomy at night and is wearing me out” so right now Oskar Konstantin Zūmer is foremost in my thoughts for his official registration name, but we will have to wait and see.
