Considering that you seem to know nothing about the trial + knowing nothing about his lawyer (Vince Fuller) + knowing nothing about Alan Dershowitz, two conclusions can be drawn:
I wonder how you function on a daily basis. I wonder how you function in real life, where you have to choose between learning something and keeping your mouth shut. I wonder how you function outside of a place where you can be anonymously rude.

Anal, I generally like your posts but defending Tyson is not a good idea. I did follow the Tyson trial and it was pretty obvious that he did the bad deed. In fact he almost came up on rape charges here in Vegas a couple of months ago. The only reason he did not get charged was that it came down to a he said-she said situation. At the same time Tyson had another woman in Vegas claim that Tyson raped her. I believe in the ‘innocent until proven guilty’ ideal. At the same time it is hard to believe Tyson is innocent. It is obvious that Tyson cannot control his rage.
Tysons prison shrink diagnosed Tyson as a sociopath with depression IIRC. Tysons actions after he was released tend to back up that view.

I can’t speak knowledgeably about the other four items here, but from a general knowledge of how rape cases are prosecuted, I have no problem with the second item. It’s irrelevant to the question of whether forceable sexual intercourse was committed. It’s no more relevant than what the victim was wearing, or whether she came on to the defendant, or whether she was drinking, or any of the other canards that defendant’s attorneys like to throw at rape victims.
