Tina has not been identified as Niki’s mother. Niki and Micah call her “Tina” as opposed to “Mom” or “Grandma.”

DL’s mother (Niki’s mother-in-law) is named Paulette.
Yeah but maybe Texas Tina falls in love in Hiro, travels back in time and gives birth to both Niki and Sylar. Sylar, of course, isn’t Hiro’s child, but Peter’s father’s lovechild from outside the marriage. Peter’s father naturally gets upset over creating a brain-eating mutant baby and kills himself, but because of the temporal vortex created by Texas Tina and Hiro’s passionate lovemaking, no one notices his suicide for 30 years.
I think this theory is on realistically on par with some of the other ones spouted out in Heroes threads.
This is beginning to sound like a Dragonball Z episode.

The weird thing about the Cheerleader. She is actually a teenager in real life. The actress is 17. That makes me feel a little dirty.

I like how all of the heroes are not unambigously good. Congressman turns blackmail into a bribe. Cheerleader crashes QB. Hiro’s friend gets him to cheat at gambling. Nikidotcom has her deadly alterego and even before that was stripping for the web and getting money from loansharks. Prognostipainter is on smack (does Bangboy being able to paint without heroin means that Painter could too? is heroin addiction a pun for hero-in-side?). Bangboy and Telepacop seem relatively innocent as does Hiro without his friend’s influence, so far.
I thought he snatched Telepacop.
I love the bangs! And I found it amusing that when he is at Mohinder’s door, his playing with his bangs makes him seem like he’s flirting.
He definitely has a government-spook type of creepiness but we don’t yet know if he’s in league with Sylar do we? And were Sylar’s victims brainless or is someone else doing that?

Son seems to know that the Dad is good. I’m wondering too if kikidotcom’s alter ego commited the murders DL was blamed for.
Well…you need both the knowledge and the willingness to put it to use. Many men not only don’t know what you want, if you tell them, they don’t really care. Besides pleasing her under the sheets, he also was willing to run out to get her coffee and ice cream. Now that’s impressive.
Did anyone else think that what he meant by “I thought you could help me” and what nikidotcom thought he meant were two entirely different things? I too was wondering if they kept their money. It seemed they weren’t thrown out by the casino, they were thrown out by the guy they cheated at cards.
He snatched both. [del]Sean[/del] [del]Weiss[/del] Matt! got taken out of a bar the week before and Captain Congress got taken in Vegas.
They got thrown out of the casino by staff and then the poker players got them outside.
My guess is he’s using the drugs as a crutch but doesn’t need them. Starting with his eventual revelation “we need to save her,” I won’t be surprised he starts sobering up. Maybe/probably with Peter’s help. That’s the thing with Peter. “Be the one we need.” He’s just a helper by nature.

He snatched Telepacop, examined him in some way and erased his memory of it. “I must have drunk too much and passed out.” (For 24 hours?) He remembers working with the FBI, but I wonder if he remembers all the details about their encounter with Sylar. Where’s his new FBI buddy? Did MildlyEviDad wipe her brains too?
Last week he snatched Nathan out of the hotel and I still want to know if Linderman has tapes of it and how the security was so bad two guys were able to haul a half-naked congressional candidate out of the hotel. No security cameras caught any of it?
No doubt there’s already some Mohinder/Peter slash fiction out there.
There is. But the most popular pairing, from my brief (!) search, seems to be incestuous - Peter/Nathan.
There’s also a bit of Peter/Claire, which is kind of squicky, too.

The credits said the delectable Archie Kao was in the show, but I missed him. IMDB doesn’t have his credit listed, but I remember seeing his name in the credits and going yummy!
I know. I was all excited about seeing his name but he wasn’t in the show at all, or not that I noticed.
