The 49ers are still paying for that ill-gotten win though. There were some major changes planned for that offseason, but beating the Packers made everyone forget how bad a team they were, and the shakedown didn’t happen. And now look where they ended up. Worst team in all of football.

The game is on in the afternoon. I’ve heard that churches in Minnesota and Wisconsin are pissed. The NFL goes out of their way to schedule a game on Christmas Eve, on a FRIDAY fer cryin’ out loud… that might deserve a pitting, but I don’t care enough to do it.
