Me! I just got my report card. Straight 'A’s for my very first full-time student, real university, non-community college semester.
Just thought I’d brag a little.

Congratulations! I’m not exactly shocked by this news.
You get a gold star. And we’ll hang your report card on the fridge. And after dinner, we can go for ice cream if you want. And you get to pick the movie.
Hey, do you 'member when I said that you rock?
Well, I am SO right!
Proud of ya, cutie!
Jess, I’ll trade you a couple of my As in English classes for a socio A, a logic A, and . . . oh hell, some other gen req.
I need the GPA points:)
OK. It’s official.
You now have more credits in one semester than I had in my whole year of college.
Congratulations for not being half the moron that I was.
Congratulations, Jess!
I NEVER got straight As. Not in elementary school, junior high, high school and college.
Then again, I didn’t get an A in the only Shakespeare class I took. Nor in my Sports Psychology class, even though I’m a sports fanatic, and was a psychology major.
So, in one semester, you’ve managed to outshine 17 years of DRY’s education.
[sub]Talk about damning with faint praise[/sub]
You do realize that the pressure’s on to get straight As from here on out, right?
Many congrats, Jess!! I’m properly impressed. Of course, now that you’ve set that standard, nothing less will do. My personal motto is “Strive to be mediocre!”
Well, OK, so it really isn’t my motto… but it might explain my college GPA…
Congrats!
Though, when I first read the thread title, I thought it said “Guess who got straight Ass?” ::d&r::
High-five! Congrats there, Ms. Smarty Pants.
Good job Jess! [sub]psst!–I got straight As too this semester![/sub]
Thanks everybody! Since I was bragging I didn’t mention that these were all pretty easy, lower-level courses, chosen especially to ease my way into full-time student-hood… We’ll see how I do in the summer term. I’d recommend that you all avoid standing upwind of the grade I’ll probably be getting in Statistics.
