Okay, I’ll bite. Why was he getting called to task? Everything I’ve read says he went well beyond reasonable to address the Committee’s concerns - except for that one set of documents. And it was the White House who declared Executive Privilege. So what specifically did Holder do to deserve the vote?

Now, mind you, I don’t think his race had anything to do with it. The only thing he’s guilty of is AGWD (Attorney Generaling While Democratic or, more accurately, AGWIFRAICOTH (Attorney Generaling While Idiot Fucking Republicans Are In Charge Of The House).

Here’s the part your missing, or ignoring. The CBC think that the efforts of Republicans to trim back, suppress, and harass Democrat voters is a matter of some importance to them. Holder is about all there is in terms of any governmental effort to hold that back, since so many Blue Dog style Democrats are in cahoots.

They further think that all of this crapola about Holder is intended to distract attention, and hinder his effectiveness. I think they have a point. But its not exclusively racist, the Pubbies would be just as happy to fuck over white Democrat voters, latinos, eskimo, whatever. They can be very open minded in their evil.
