High WhiteBloodCell Count but Differential Is Good

What’s this mean and what does that mean?
This means that there’s an unusual number of wbc, but there’s also an unusual number of the other kinds of cells?

What does that mean?
Could it just mean that I have “rich” blood? ; )
I mean just a lot of cells/volume.
[The Dr said it means we need to run some more tests and some other things. I’ll get back with him in a few days, but in the meantime…]

I’m not a medical professional but I believe it means that you have an unusually high number of leukocytes per unit of blood but the relative number of each type of leukocyte, i.e monocytes, lymphocytes, neutrophils, eosinophils and basophils, is good or within a normal range.

What this means for your health is something only your doctor can tell you.
