The earliest one I’ve been able to find, uploaded back at the end of September, is this one featuring Hitler ranting about McCain’s VP choice.
I think the first one was Hitler gets banned from World of Warcraft, uploaded in February 2008 with nearly 2.5 million hits.

Watching these mash-ups makes me wonder what the scene is about, so I will likely see the film… so much for copyright infringement causing a loss in profit.

You can find the version with the real subtitles on YouTube, but I definitely recommend seeing the entire film. It is phenominal. I hadn’t heard about it either until I saw some of these mash ups.
My absolute favorite so far has been the Grammar Nazi one. It incorporates so many of the actions and recognizable words into the dialog.
