Resubs of this scene from Downfall have been around for a while now, having Hitler rant on whatever big thing is in the news or in pop culture. They’re usually always amusing.
There’s even one of Hitler ranting about the re-subtitled Downfall clips, and how he’s gone from being history’s greatest villain to a laughingstock. I quite like that one.
I would not usually have the opportunity to say this, but I’m with Hitler on this one.

This is one of the poorer ones that I’ve seen. The subtitles were too long and flashed too quickly but the subject matter made up for it. I was laughing, especially the part were the lady told the younger woman not to worry, they have the console version.
There’s one of Hitler bitching about the release of Half Life 2: Episode 3 being pushed back that is somewhat amusing.
Hitler is an entire subgenre of comic YouTube videos.
Boggles the mind.

I like this treatment of the big bad bogeyman. It still amazes me that such a horrible little shit was obeyed by anyone.
Say what you like about Hitler, but don’t diss his mad banjo skills.

Not all that amazing when you consider how easilly the masses are willing to be duped/taken in by what their govornment tells them.

You can usually tell the better ones around the point where Hitler asks the others to leave, if there’s a good joke then, the rest of it’ll probably be quite good.

I doubt he would have garnered the same respect with a more educated or worldlywise populace though. He could only have gained power at the time he did, and would have got made a laughing stock of, if he’d been operating now.
Not only is this the best of the downfall videos, it’s one of the greatest internet videos of all time.
