Hoffa's Grave in MI Horse farm?

WSell, its been 31 years since anybody has seen Jimmy Hoffa alive…now there’s some digging going on in a Michigan horse farm. I thought the late James Hoffa was entombed in a crushed car, in a landfill in NJ. Anybody know more about this? Why is the FBI still looking for the guy-after 31 years, what would be left anyway?
I recall one very odd thing about this case-Hoffa has an adopted son, who (I heard) refused to say anything about his father’s fate.
Anybody know more?

His son, current Teamster president, James P. Hoffa, doesn’t talk about his father’s whereabouts, and leaves all public discussion about his father to his sister in St. Louis.

James P., not adopted.

If Hoffa’s body is found, clues to finding his murderer(s) may also be found. It’s an open case; law enforcement would like to close it.

Hoffa’s son, James P. Hoffa, is the current president of the Teamster’s Union. I’m not sure what you think he should be saying. It’s a mystery to him as much as to you and me.

Sylvia Brown says he’s in a cement block in Yankee Stadium.
What?

Have you ever seen the Teamsters logo? That farm is where the horses live.
And why mobsters leave horse head’s in your bed.

I hate it when these sorts of stories crop up. They make me worry that perhaps my Hoffa isn’t the genuine article after all.

The town of Milford (where this search is happening) isn’t too far from me. I might drive out there this weekend and see if I can find the Hidden Dreams farm. Hopefully, I’ll just be able to follow the traffic.

Milford would be a logical place to dispose of Hoffa’s body. In the 70’s it was still way out in the boonies, but it’s not too far from Detroit. The idea that the Mob would drive Hoffa’s corpse all the way out to New Jersey or Florida just to dispose of it always struck me as very unlikely.

My aunt lives in Milford, on what used to be a horse farm. Since she hasn’t called or e-mailed, I’m thinking it wasn’t her place. They moved there a few years after Hoffa disappeared. Also, I dated a bartender who worked at the Machus Red Fox, where Hoffa was last seen – he worked there in the 80’s tho’ but were still getting some joke-mileage out of the connection. (“Wanna look in the freezer?”)

You might want to check the Milford Times online before driving out there. They might be able to narrow down the search.

The farm’s located near Milford and Maple Roads. Just follow the news choppers.

From what I’ve read, all the likely suspects have been dead & buried for years. So it isn’t like the police would end up arresting anybody. Though I do suppose they would like to close the case.
