Again: Israel is our ally, while Sudan is a horrifyingly cruel totalitarian regime. I’m sure we give more to the Israeli government, but we probably give more in care packages to the Sudanese people directly. Is that unfair to Israel, or is your analogy just broken?
Canada is not right in the middle of a cluster of nations whose stated goal is or has been to wipe them off the map and kill their men, women and children indiscriminately for the pleasure of watching their blood spill on the ground. Yeah, we’ve come a long way since I got into a fight with someone twice my size for calling me “Jew boy” as I walked on campus. And farther since my father used an Italian alias to go on sales calls.
