I have to admit, I never pictured Cecil as “a retired farmer,” much less a dead one. 
I think it’s the duty of all our Candian dopers to smuggle Cecil back into the States and get him shelter at the Reader so he can continue to produce the column we all need. Maybe the mods or Admin can chip in with some advice, particularly in the forged passport area? 
Well, if he’s dirt napping, couldn’t you just ship him back in a box?
