Anyone who read my thread about the job interview in December knows I didn’t hold out much hope after showing up there while suffering a severe bout of salmonella poisoning. I can barely remember what I said.
After a month and a half, I get a letter today offering me the position of Chief Operating Officer at…get this…double my present salary! They also pay bonuses! I’m completely dumbfounded and more than a little apprehensive of what I’ll need to do to earn this bread.
We’re going to talk this over this weekend, but I can’t imagine passing up the opportunity. Celebration tonight!!
