Thanks for all the happy thoughts! I had my 12 week check up today, and everything looks good. Baby is moving around, and I got a good look at her fingers on the ultrasound. Amazing!
Hahah. I was in senior year in 1999 when I found this place. This board has seen me through college, the post-college funk, Peace Corps Cameroon, China, grad school, and my brand new family. Through this time I’ve traveled to 22 countries, learned three languages, held a dozen jobs, gone through good times and bad times, and of course wasted countless hours on the Dope.
That random name generator provided me with the name “Branislav Raginhard”. What’s not to love about a name like that?
Evidently I can’t wait to meet little Chukwuemeka Jerk. His?her?its? father and I will have to put in some practice pronouncing it, but at the least we’d have nine months to learn if we started today.
… my next try was “Marian Ava”, which is actually quite nice. And then " Scarlet Richardine ", which cracks me up.
