The copyright to Barrie’s story (and play) ran out several years ago (IIRC, the royalties from play performances supported a children’s hospital in London, as signed over by Barrie).
Disney’s depiction of Barrie’s Peter Pan (and the other characters associated with the story) is covered by copyright, which is why the Academy Awards was involved in that little Snow White dance fiasco a couple years ago. I’m not sure if this guy is using the website for personal profit, though. Then again, Disney may see it as a degredation (or whatever the legal term is) of their property.
