After weeks of waiting and waiting to get a feedback meeting in order to evaluate whether or not I was eligible to be promoted, I finally did! So now I’m a level 3 tutoring coach 
and I am the highest-ranking Coach in the tutoring center. Even though the job’s hours (And the raise I got) are rather marginal, it still makes me feel good that I was able to overcome this hurdle. The job may not be that strenuous, but the directors sure make you work for promotion. My promotion coincides with the hiring of new employees, so I’ll get plenty of opportunities to function as kind of a director-pro-temp through the day.
