I was expectimg a package tomorrow.
I checked the tracking on the net, and it said the package was at the local office.
I called the 800# and asked if I could pick it up. They said (prapahrased “no, it is amoung dozens of other packages in a big crate”)
Since teh FedEx office is on my way home, I stopped by and asked. I gave them the tracking # and delivery address. They said they would take a look. 3 minutes later I had my package! Since it it was going to my home, I got it about 24 hours earlier than scheduled
